Hello, I’m Laura, the Founder and Managing Director of Fox HR.
I’m an experienced HR professional with more than 15 years’ experience supporting businesses with their people challenges, over half of which has been spent working in HR consultancy. Through Fox HR, I work closely with business owners and leadership teams who want practical, commercially focused HR support they can rely on.
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management and have worked across a wide range of industries including construction, manufacturing, professional services, digital marketing, luxury travel, healthcare and rail.
I founded Fox HR in 2022 to provide growing businesses with expert HR support that is both professional and approachable. Today, we support SMEs across the UK with everything from resolving complex employee issues to building strong HR foundations that help businesses grow with confidence.

Richard Bagnall – Associate HR Consultant
Richard works closely with Fox HR clients to provide practical, commercially focused HR support across employee relations, recruitment and wider people strategy. He has a strong background in both HR and talent acquisition, helping businesses attract the right people, reduce recruitment costs and build more effective hiring processes.
He brings a data-driven and solutions-focused approach, supporting leadership teams to align their people strategy with business goals. Richard is particularly experienced in improving recruitment outcomes, streamlining processes and helping businesses make confident, well-informed decisions about their teams.
Alongside his HR expertise, Richard is a qualified Mental Health First Aider and is passionate about supporting employee wellbeing and creating positive, psychologically safe workplaces.
